It runs small (and short), so I would buy a large regardless of your head shape. But besides the size the hat is super comformable, and well made. The silicone is thick enough so it won't easily tear up like most other hats when you extend them too much. It protects well, yet does not leave marks on your forehead. Your hair will get a little wet though, protected but wet. I would buy again

Does the work

This is a fantastic swim cap for practice and meets. The material holds its dome form well and is much more flexible (and comfortable) than other dome caps.

This is exactly the cap my son wanted for competition. He is a competitive swimmer and apparently this is the “fast cap” he needed. He’s doing great and dropping time, so I guess along with hard work, proper diet, and great coaching, the right equipment can make a difference.

Looks like good quality cap but L is way too small for me. I will exchage for XL to see if it will fit better.
