I leave abroad (UK) and it's not easy to get hold of some guanciale for your own traditional Italian dishes. I tried this one and I am very happy with the quality. You might go through some delivery fees though

It does have artificial preservatives
It was stated that the product is free of artificial preservatives which I found not to be true when I saw the label when the product arrived. It has E301, E250 and E252.
