I was debating whether to give this 2 or 3 stars as if it held up well, I would really like this blanket. At first, this was a great blanket. My son has a better time going to sleep with a soft lovey to lie on. It was soft, and I was okay spending $30 on a blanket if it also didn't shed and it was machine washable. I have been careful to machine wash cold and tumble dry low, and this blanket has unfortunately started to become matted. Starting around the edges and now radiating more and more into the center, it has lost it's softness where it is matted, and I think I have washed this only 3 if not 4 times. Obviously as a baby blanket, you expect you need a regular washing and I have truly tried to limit washings as much as possible. It has been slightly less than 2 months since purchase, I would expect such a pricy blanket to last longer. So unfortunate. First three photos are of the matting, in the middle, and along all of the edges. Fourth photo is of an area where it is still soft, what it should look like.

This is an amazingly soft blanket that is the perfect size to wrap around an infant, it is larger than many baby blankets I've bought in the past from local big name retailers. I spent a lot of time trying to find a baby blanket without the microfiber lining on one side and was super excited when I found this one! I saw some comments about how washing and drying it on the settings it recommends on the tag ruined the fabric, so when I bought it I decided to only wash it in the machine and then air dried it. It came out just as soft as it had been. I ended up buying a second one of these blankets because I love it so much!

I had this incredibly soft blanket monogrammed for my dog for Christmas 2019, and I can't wait to give it to her! I already know that she's going to love it as I previously bought one (in blue) for my cat.They both absolutely LOVE it, and if it makes my fur babies happy then I'm happy!

Absolutely love this blanket! Its classy, cozy and very well priced. I have it for 3 months and I wash it on gentle cycle and hang to dry and its still soft, plush and in excellent condition! Highly recommended!!
