Heats quickly
I do allot of crafting and bought this because of all the extras that it came with. I was not disappointed! It came with a HUGE bag of hot glue sticks and they weren't the little short sticks either! Plus it was an assortment of glitters in with the clear. The size of the gun was surprising too. I loved it. It's large and easy to hold onto while you are using it. I haven't tried it on small precision jobs but I don't really use a hot glue gun for small things. It heated up quick and was a nice smooth constant stream. This is a glue gun I'll be halpy with for a long time to come!

Hot lava hurts
This product is great but imagine hot lava spewing out of a craft device. My old one broke, I’ll jump on Amazon and continue my loving relationship with its services and order one! I didn’t know I was pretty much ordering a lethal weapon. Long gone are the days where you accident get a little hot glue on your finger and you rub it together with another surface to take the glue off... ohhhhh nooooo... I put the glue in, waited for it to heat up, proceeded to press the “trigger” and hot lava shot out on my hand. I truly thought I was dying. I attempted to run my hand under cold water very quickly and rub off the glue. What came off was the glue attached to about 3 layers of skin. I pretty much have myself third degree burns on my own hand... it was totally my fault. Mommy crafters beware.. these times are a changin’.. be safe out there with the hot lava spew-ers.

Good Enough for the Occasional Use.
This gun gets hot quickly. Drips a bit when sitting, and the stand isn't very sturdy. I do love the gloves which came with it, they are very lightweight and will save your fingers. The glue sticks which are included are "interesting" in that they melt like butter, you will go through a stick in two or three squeezes. Be sure to order a batch of better glue sticks when you order this.

Glue sticks don't feed through correctly
The bundle is nice, and I am happy with the gloves, glue sticks, and finger covers, but the actual glue gun is not working well for me. The black piece that is supposed to feed the glue stick through does not line up properly with the part of the gun that melts the glue. Basically, I have to jiggle and adjust and force the glue stick through. I may have a defective gun, but it is not working well for me.

Not working properly
Unfortunately this product is not properly sealed body of it). That causes the glue to leak. It does heat the glue a lot (that’s why I give it two stars), but with the leak it’s too dangerous to use as I have burn myself a lot trying to use it.
