Sucky book

This is my first experience ordering a text from anyone online. I must tell all interested individuals, Amazon is right on the mark with this product and the material contained within, from cover to cover. Having this book in hand while completing my online course has allowed me the flexibility of not staring at a computer for hours trying to read the online e-book. This book is worth its weight in time, money and gold (as an old saying goes) and I would most definitely recommend it to anyone in this area of studies.Thanks again Amazon.

I love the service that Amazon give or who ever in charge this program. First, it is a little bit low; second ,it is a fast delivery. thank you for that. And try to help the customers as much as possible in fact of services. more business will come to you if you do so.But one little complaint is the bundling which is not really you fault is the publisher's because, the three books come in one, according to my teachers. While the material in the book is useful for the class and has came in handy I have came across some highlighting marks in the book that I did not expect to find. The pages are in excellent condition though and overall I am very pleased with this book.

I did read this & found it to be helpful in my studies. I would of kept it & used it for later use but my field is always changing therefore, I don't know if I will be a case manager,

This is a fantastic book with good information, easy to read and understand. The one thing i dislike about this book is that the pages are perforated so you can tear them out. I'm just not one to tear pages out of a book.

there was suppose to be a dvd with this book and considering i bought it brand new i expected the dvd to be in the book. Hard to do my studies without the Dvd and the price i paid well lets say i am a little upset and annoyed at this

I purchased this book and it had a couple of pages missing along with no DVD. I emailed the seller and I had the issue resolved to my satisfaction with no hassle. very good customer service

Did not expect all the writing inside the book. The book looks quite worn but it's used so can't complain too much I guess.

This was my first time shopping on line, the product was in very good condition at a reasonable price however, i had to return the product since its no longer needed in the course i'm enrolled in presently.
