I drink this regularly now and is my turmeric tea of choice. I have suffered from pretty bad acid reflux in the past and wasn't happy with my gp offering me PPI's following an endoscopy, without even having a test to determine my acid levels. So with my gp's blessing I starting drinking turmeric tea - I did adjust my diet slightly too to help (cut right down on bread and chocolate etc).I have now been drinking turmeric tea for over a year and my acid reflux is pretty much under control, which I put down to this tea. I have never been on PPI's and can pretty much eat whatever I want just so long as I follow the golden rule of not eating in the 90 mins before sleeping.Not everyone will like the taste of turmeric (pretty safe if you eat curries)... but I think the cinnamon and ginger might help some people. I would recommend these to anyone with gastric issues, as turmeric is a great anti inflammatory, but do bear in mind that it should not be taken with PPI's and some other medicines (do check or consult with your gp if unsure).

Not only does this tea taste and smell beautiful, you get a wee yogi inspirational quote on every bag. Love it.

Absolutely love it. Great warming taste with a bit of oat or almond milk. Perfect for winter's evening. I often keep adding new tea bags to an used one making it even stronger. Would definitely buy it again. Great deal buying in bulk.

I didn't read the instructions the first time I used this tea, and still like it. Since using it with warm milk, it has become my favourite drink. It's warming, tastes gently of tumeric, and each tea bag comes with a calming quotation, which I think is a nice touch.

This is my favourite drink. I’ve been buying it for years now. I enjoy a drink everyday with oat milk.

Both my husband and I really like it. I add milk or vanilla sweetener sometimes. He prefers it plain . It's a refreshing change to normal tea and coffee.
