Makes Chicken Meatballs Really Delicious!
If you put one tablespoon of this seasoning into a large bowl and add in one egg, 1/3 cup panko, 1/2 a cup of chopped sweet onions and one pound of ground chicken you can make the most delicious meatballs. I wear disposable gloves and mix it up by hand then form the meatballs and fry in a little oil, turning meatballs onto all sides to fully cook them. The meat should no longer be pink in the middle when you cut them in half. This seasoning mix is made with garlic, onion, salt, spices and herbs (including black pepper, parsley, red pepper and paprika), orange peel and green bell pepper. The generous 23 ounces will last a while and is more cost effective than the smaller bottles. I thought it was a great deal! There is also no MSG and it is gluten free.~The Rebecca ReviewP.S. I had marinated (in the McCormick wine herb marinade) and cooked four chicken breasts (thin sliced) and had one left. My husband was hungry today for more protein so I fried some chopped green and red bell peppers plus some sweet onions (I had it all in the freezer) in two tablespoons of butter until soft. Then I added in 2 tablespoons of flour and whisked in one cup water plus a little over a teaspoon of Better than Bouillon chicken base. I added in the one leftover chicken breast I'd chopped up into smaller pieces. Then I seasoned the gravy with some of this Montreal seasoning and some freshly ground pepper and a little herbed salt. It was delicious. I told my husband I'd made one thinly sliced chicken breast feed two people! So this seasoning can be used in all sorts of ways. Your imagination is the limit!P.S. 2 - Made my husband a really great sandwich with meatballs cut in half on a toasted cheese sandwich made with half mozzarella and half cheddar. He loved it. I simply made the sandwich in a fry pan and then opened up the bread and put the heated in the microwave meatball halves in and closed up the bread again. He wants me to remember how to make that sandwich. Seems like this seasoning is useful for sandwiches too.P.S. 3 - I keep figuring out new ways to use this seasoning. Tonight I put two tablespoons of butter in a large fry pan and added one can of Swanson's low-sodium chicken plus two packages of Thai Kitchen fried rice and heated that up nicely. Then I seasoned it with this Montreal chicken seasoning. Perfect! We also used some sweet-and-sour sauce. It was just like takeout rice!

Our absolute FAVORITE
If you put this fantastic Montreal Chicken seasoning all over your chicken and then toss it on the grill, the flavor is just beyond wonderful. We use it on our turkey also. Or season chicken strips and sauce in olive oil, it’s also just outstanding. I buy the giant container because we go through it. I hope it’s never discontinued.

BEST chicken seasoning! Perfect price.
Why pay $5 for less than 3oz at the store.? Buy this size. When cooking chicken I recommend spreading some olive oil on a cookie sheet or bottom of your pan then spreading this season generously on the bottom. Put your chicken in the pan and it will automatically coat the bottom. Add a little more olive oil to the top of your pieces of chicken and generously cover your chicken with more of the seasoning. I do boneless skinless chicken breasts at 350° for about 35 minutes cutting them into halves or thirds. You can do the same with chicken thighs bone in or not. Turns out super moist and perfect and delicious. Leftovers can be used for several days afterwards for salads or sandwiches or as I do, cut up a piece of leftover chicken from this recipe and at it to a bag of peas and carrots with some more seasoning and Stir It Up for a delicious low carb meal

Tastes great
I’ve been looking for this at Costco and it is never stocked. When I found it on here I was surprised and had to pick one up. It’s the same quality you’d expect from the store and same with salt content. It’s pretty versatile and can be used on eggs as well as chicken. The seasoning will hold well in the pantry with a long expiration date.

A great product!
It is very good! It used to be a standard at Sam's club, but no longer. I would highly recommend it. It takes very little and you are buying a huge jar,

Another quality McCormick seasoning.
Nice combination of ingredients. Would please most people, as the flavors are great enhancements of the nature of chicken, cooked in a variety of ways. The Seasoning is sufficient, but not over the top.
