Tonic products are brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone. This guillotine is perfect and a good size for taking to card class. It cuts like a dream. If you want an excellent product, buy tonic.

Bought this item to replace a previous tonic studio paper cutter. It's slightly different in terms of measurement but still does a great job, is good quality an value for money.

Works well, but I would be careful to protect the lower fixed blade from any tiny impacts.My blade somehow must have sustained a small knock which then prevented the upper blade from closing.I locally re-ground the damaged edge with a fine emery board, and it now closes normally and cuts fine.I guess you would have to pay a lot more money for a guillotine with hardened steel blades.

Very pleased with the product

The guillotine I was sent did not look like the one in the advert. I understand that the 8.5 inch guillotine has been replaced by an "updated" version which looks quite different. It is ok but not what I was expecting though does do the job. Time they changed the misleading photo in the advert.

Love all things Tonic and this little gem is so useful when crafting at classes due to its small size. It might be small but it does an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

The guillotine I received was not as advertised when I purchased it. I require a giollotine that is in cm not inches. Therefore this is not as advertised and not suitable for my requirements. The item shown is clearly set out in cm.Thank you for your time.Karen lee
