My kids loved it, it was The most efficient choice for their space since they share a room. Very easy to put together not too many complicated instructions or pieces. The frame is very sturdy and fit their mattresses perfectly. I love the fact that I can separate the frames to make them to regular twin frames whenever they get separate rooms so I won't have to repurchase new frames unless needed. Since it's a heavy duty frame it's very heavy it can be hard to move around if you don't have carpet

I recently purchased this metal bunk bed, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Love the color. It's like a hot pink. All parts were there. The build took a while. Your basically building two individual beds and then using a part to secure one on top of the other. I went around after I was done and made sure all screws were tight. The bed is very sturdy and stable in my opinion. I didn't secure it to the wall because I want to be able to pull it out from the wall to make the beds. Saves space in the bedroom for my daughters and makes it so they have more play room. And the great thing is, there are caps for inside of the metal poles included so you can just have these as two twin beds rather than a bunk bed. So it is very versatile. The only thing I don't like about it is the ladder. It's not very comfortable for climbing. I'm considering building something to the side the kids can use like stairs. Other than that I really do love this bunk bed.

Wonderful bed and customer service! Item came with a bent bar but I contacted the company and they rush delivered me a whole new bed frame. Bed paint hasn't chipped one year later as I'm writing this and is a beautiful soft pink color. This bed is high enough off the ground for the rolling storage carts which is why I choose it so I can store my child's extra blankets and toys under it perfectly. Also the ladder is on both sides so no matter which way you have it set up the ladder is accessible. This is a very sturdy bunk bed as well; it's a thicker metal with a thick coat of paint over it. Would recommend.

I had to come back and reduce the 4 stars to a 1 star. If I could give zero, I would. If I could give negative stars for customer service, I absolutely would. I bought this bunk a year and a half ago. The bed squeaks like crazy since day 1, but that isn't my issue. The screws stripped completely when putting it together. Very soft screws. I had it together as a bunk the entire time and just recently my kids wanted the bed separated into their individual twin beds. Upon taking them apart I noticed that both beds had several screws that were pretty darn loose. Unfortunately, they cannot be tightened because they're stripped. I have emailed this company for more hardware and they responded rather quickly. I was told new screws would be shipped out and was given a tracking number. But the "package" didn't move for a few days, so I emailed again. Apparently it was lot. They sent another package out and provided new tracking. The new one hasn't budged and it's been a week. So, I have a bunk bed that is unsafe, unable to be put back together... and I'm out money on something that should have lasted longer than a year and a half. Extremely disappointed. Beyond disappointed. Would never recommend this company! Update on replacement hardware: The "package" with replacement hardware has not been received by FedEx. It's been about a month. The company stopped responding to me. I had to purchase new bed frames from another company. ***Want a solid bed frame? Go with ZINUS! I have had one for 2 years and it's solid. No squeaks. No loose screws. Nice big screws. So, I replaced this trash bunk bed with 2 twin ZINUS Elias platform bed frames.

The three stars is for the product itself. It was described as being able for each bunk to support 400 pounds each . I don't know how they test these things, but I have difficulty believing that they could do that. After we had installed the beds, my daughter, Who does not weight anywhere near 400 lbs, stepped upon the bottom bunk while trying to make the top bunk. The front rail on the bottom bunk bent. NOW HERE I WILL GIVE THE SELLER 5 BIG STARS.!! They were fabulous in helping us. After asking for minimal information regarding the purchase and for pictures, they completely replaced the broken part without any argument. They have excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things about them. Amazon also gets 5 STARS for their customer service in the way they handled the situation giving me a partial refund for the trouble. I do think the manufacturer might want to consider adding a third leg to each side rail to insure better support on this bed. The bunk bed was otherwise as described, and was quite easy for my husband and son to install. My granddaughters are delighted with their new pink bed.

Definitely need two people to put together of course and it is time consuming - but the grandkids love it and so far seems sturdy.

Arrived early and was fairly easy to put together, it’s sturdy and my kids absolutely love it. Definitely need two people to put together but overall didn’t take long to put together.

Husband and 9yo put this together in a couple hrs. Works great for my kids 8x10 "cabin".

It is one of the worst things I have ever bought on Amazon. It was bought for a new apartment for a women and a child. But the second floor is impossible to sleep for both. I can’t return it, because the bed is heavy and very difficult to assemble and disassemble and for sure it’s impossible for a woman to disassemble, pack and bring it to the post office to return. So, I feel like my money are stolen, more than 300$. And now I have to order a new bed. Btw, ledder steps are very thin and painful to climb. Just watch the video and NEVER buy this. I just don’t understand how it happened that this item has 4+stars. It looks completely unreal.. They write “HEAVY DUTY” on this item when they sell it🙈 but real bed has a large sticker with restrictions for its usage and it doesn’t look like “heavy duty” at all… We had bunkbed before and I know for sure how it should work. It is not normal for sure. To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing… We just don’t have place to sleep…
