These rings are very nice! Run a little small so I recommend going up a size or more. The riings Help me out a lot during long meetings. Also were great when I quit smoking.

Each ring ranges in size, I can only fit about half of them on my finger and I even bought a ring size tester. The fidget rings aren't as cool as i though they would be but there are still a few cool rings just not the fidget. Price is good though.
