There aren’t many 1-8 B vitamin complexes that appear to be of decent quality. After hearing about its gut benefits, I decided to try this product (I don’t mean the brand name). I felt an increase in energy after starting to use Surebounty. My only regret is that I didn’t take advantage of the 120-capsule version (2 60 capsules only last a month), which was slightly more expensive (It was hidden on the company’s product page). Unfortunately, the company decided to significantly increase its cost.

I wanted to try this, but first took a good look for the percentages in the thousands against the recommended daily dose. I started with a single capsule per day, and briefly tried the recommended double-capsule daily dosage but it did not seem to add anything more in benefits to the lower dosage. This supplement boosts the daily energy and fights fatigue, as far as I can tell. I experienced no adverse reaction over a thirty days course. I did stop any others supplements that contained B vitamins as a precaution, though.

It’s your regular sized capsules, easy to swallow and the quality is fine. Consult your physician if you need any supplements.

Love these, numerous good ingredients, not just vitamin B. They are easy to swallow with no adverse reactions noted. I noted that when I do take them daily, I have more energy and am more productive. Will purchase again as it is a good value for what you get.
