Overall this is a durable & quality piece especially for the price of under $200 with reliable features.PROS:- very quality materials: food grade.- fairly intuitive construction. Five easy items to fit. Instructions are ok.- great packing: keep for garage storage.- controls all on sside. On/off/heater. -/+ buttons for temperatures. Displays Timer to selected Temps and current temp and desired temp.- Temps achieved in about five or less minutes- tools, items provided were actually adequate. Mitt, brush-tamper bowl, sifter/strainer.- out drips easy, extruded material for our peanut extraction was DRY and 99% yield.- all parts are dishwasher safe. Mostly stainless except mantle holding screw but can go in washer too.CONS:- A bit on the noisy side but about as loud or lower as a mixer, meh.- DOES NOT DO olives unless pitted. ONLY SHELLED material!We wanted for our olive harvest but sadly unless pitted it jams.We might keep ONLY due to pros. Otherwise still need olive press.

I bought this product for my mom and not I didn't work so i started the return process and yes they took the product but they only send back the half of the money that I paid for.. not good not go good...
