Nice soup
Great pea soup! Low sodium and vegan! I add vegetables and spices to increase the taste and flavor. Great snack or small meal! I keep them stocked up!

The most homemade tasting soup on the market
This soup tastes eerily similar to the vegetable soup that my grandmother used to make. And that's not a slight to her but a compliment to this brand. The only bad thing that I would say about it was the fact that 4 out of 12 of the cans were busted up and inedible when they got delivered. Not a slight on the brand, but more of one on Amazon. Just beware of this before purchasing.

One of My Favorites
Amy's vegetable soup is one of my favorites, it has a healthy mix of vegetables, and it's vegan! It's convenient for home and also an easy option for lunch at work with it's easy-to-open pop top. It's very good on its own, but sometimes I also crumble plant-based Gardein bratwurst in it for a change. This time, I bought a case so I will always have some available for a quick meal!

100% satisfied with 100 plus CANS within the past month.
SHIPPING is not good from USPS. Refuses to deliver to back door, even raining they do NOT put in a bag.GREAT wonderful taste. But if you are watching your salt it is 1200 for the can. I however add MORE salt along with kale that I have dehydrated and a entire can of kidney beans as well. By that time it is sort of a vegetable tomato bean stew. Smacking my lips "mmm good" almost like a kid would be with candy or something other that is absolutely wonderful to them. I dehydrated all 100+ cans of Chunky Vegetable to take on a bicycle trip. I am having a tough time finding food that is 100% ORGANIC to take with me that's dehydrated or freeze dried. Some of the USDA certified organic foods are still allowed certain chemicals that are permissible. Well not for me they are not. If I cannot identify it as natural food, something nature had grown/made without major processing, then I avoid it entirely. AMYS Chunky Vegetable is the absolute BEST! NOTHING bad, not one ingredient that's negative for your health and well being. Not to mention their Lentil soup A+! Split Pea soup A+ across the board.

Pretty good, needs improvement
I only buy organic, and decided to try a case based on the positive reviews. Here is my take on the soup: The pros: 1. Good ingredients: organic vegies, no MSG, no hydrogenated oil or chemicals 2. Good amount of vegetables (unlike many soups that are mostly broth) 3. Low in salt, fat-free (you can add either, but can't take it away) The cons: 1. Mushy overcooked veggies 2. Not much seasoning 3. No pop-top on the can (a minor gripe, but really I can't remember the last time I had to use a can opener for soup, making this soup less of an option to take to work) Here is what I did to take this basic soup up a notch: added a bit of organic olive oil, a little oregano, and a dash of cayenne. This makes the soup much tastier. Sometimes I add shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese. Still, I can't fix the mushy veggies. It isn't enough of a convenience, with no pop-top and the doctoring required, so I'll stick to making my own with canned organic seasoned tomatoes, organic broth, and mixed veggies. Better soup, easy to make, more economical. Sorry Amy.
