This is a review for Adoric Anti-Tip Furniture Anchor & TV Straps Kits, Adjustable for All Flat Screens TV, Child & Baby Proofing Brackets for Dresser Bookshelf Tether Straps, Mounting Hardware Included, (4 Pack, White).I have two children under the age of 10. I also have a lot of bookshelves that don't exactly rest flush against the wall. Every time I acquired one of these bookshelves, they came with a cheap little wall mounting bracket that was little more than a plastic clip with a hole for a nail. Not exactly secure in case one of my kids decides to climb a bookshelf to see what is on the top shelf!That is why I decided it was time for something stronger. I tell my kids do not ever try to climb a bookcase, but I get worried at night thinking about what would happen if they did. The Adoric Anti-Tip Straps is what I needed. These things are solid, and they come with a wide variety of screws and brackets to mount the strap to the wall and to the bookshelf. I have a picture attached to show the bag of screws and brackets. They also are adjustable, which is great as not all of my bookshelves are the same distance from the edge of the wall. What is also nice is the number of straps for the price.Mounting furniture, in my opinion, is something you just have to do if you have kids. Do yourself a favor and toss out the cheap mounting brackets and go with this product.

You never know what they are going to climb or get into.5) Easy to attach and use as long as you can locate the studs in your wall.Other Narrative/Discussion:I would not hesitate based on the price and my testing. I do recommend you have a stud finder and attach to a stud. while you technically could attach using wall anchors, those may not hold if it is a very heavy object like a bookcase falling if it is only the wallboard holding it. Screwing into a stud will always provide superior holding power. I have used variations of these and they are a good idea. I would definitely recommend them.

Since the dressers in our nursery all seem to block power outlets, I knew we would need safety straps that would allow us to move the dressers away from the wall on occasion. Most "nursery" dressers come pre-equipped with straps, but they need to be screwed directly to the wall and don't allow for easy movement without removing them. The adjustable buckles on this product are perfect for when furniture needs to be moved out of the way. Just loosen the strap, move your furniture, put it back, then re-tighten and you're good to go.

I bought these to secure a bookshelf in the nursery. My father installed it, but he wasn't happy with how much the shelf still wobbled. He felt the shelf was secure, but the contents could easily spill out on top of his grandchild, should she try to climb it. He secured the shelf with some screws to a stud in the wall, and said we'd save these anchors for the TV's.

My husband installed and said it wants too bad. Holds up my daughter’s bookshelf up well! No issues yet!

Baby proofing our home and these were highly rated and reviewed - we were not disappointed - these were great. Highly recommend purchasing one more set in addition to what you need - it's great to have a backup. These anchors are easy to use and substantial as it pertains to quality. Great buy!

Exactly what we needed. I keep seeing those horrible videos with dressers falling nearly on kids, and my toddler tries climbing everything. I can’t rest at ease now that we installed these. Great quality and easy to install. If you have small kids, get these before becoming another statistic. The price is worth the peace of mind and your child’s life!

These straps are amazing! After having our baby in May we now look at things differently knowing we're about to have a crawling/climbing little one in the house. These straps have given me peace of mind. I hate reading stories of these horrible accidents where things fall on kids so these make me feel much better and Im not scared that that will happen to us. They are also a breeze to install. It probably only took me a minute or so. Very easy to understand. Will probably purchase more in the future!
