Brilliant!
The first fountain I bought (different brand) just died for no reason after a few weeks. This has lasted months already and I think it's brilliant. It's completely silent, the charge lasts quite a while, the filters last long too, it recharges quickly, and the design on the top means that there's still water for my cat to drink while I have the base on charge. It's also really classy looking, needs almost no cleaning, is insanely simple to use, and I may love it more than my cat does. Not ashamed... ;p

Flowing Water works for Cats really well
I recently welcomed a new cat, Goose, into my home and quickly noticed he wasn't drinking enough water, which had me worried. After trying different bowls and placements without much success, I decided to try an automatic water fountain. This one is battery-operated, holds about 2.2 liters, and comes with a motion sensor, which seemed like it might encourage him to drink more. And it worked! The motion sensor catches Goose's attention, and he's intrigued by the moving water. It's like it turns hydration into a little game for him. I've noticed he's drinking more often now, which is a huge relief. The size is also perfect; it holds enough water that I'm not constantly refilling it but not so much that it feels bulky or in the way.Setting it up was a breeze, too. Being battery-operated means I can place it anywhere without worrying about tripping over cords or needing an outlet nearby. Plus, it's pretty quiet, which I appreciate. Goose doesn't get spooked by it, and I hardly notice it's running.Overall, getting this fountain was a great decision for Goose's health. It's made a big difference in his hydration habits, and I feel better knowing he's getting enough water throughout the day. If you're having trouble getting your cat to drink more, this might be just what you need."

Stopped working
Bought in November, worked fine up until yesterday. There was around 25% battery, looked later, and no light on . Tried to charge the base . But it wouldn't charge, no display and won't work unless I have it plugged in socket, which defeats the object. I have a maine coon cat, who is obsessed with the plug in one I had, so bought this one as no wire, except the bit at the back going to the base, I even covered that up with tape, so as she couldn't get to it.. so very disappointed in this.. the return window miraculously closed at end of January.. so cant return it! so can't use it unless plugged in .**EDITED... didn't use for a few days.. tried again to charge base. Started charging . All good at the minute. ***

Didnt last two months
From delivery it feels very flimsy and the plastic is thin. However I bought to use it outside as thats where my cats like to drink. Worked well on delivery and easy to set up. It clearly states that the base is to be kept dry and you mustn't clean it with water. However in the garden the rain (sideways last week) gets into the base via the charge port (which you cant stop) and then it doesnt charge anymore.

Very good product
Very pleased with this product. Easy to set up and battery lasts a long time. The sensor is also very good. Highly recommend.

So, this is fantastic!
I have an old girl (Roxy, the black one at the bottom of the second photo) who meows for fresh water pretty regularly. I don’t mind filling the bowl as many times as she wants but I was concerned she wasn’t drinking overnight when I wasn’t awake to put down fresh water for her so I bought this fountain. Within seconds of it being up and running she was using it, as were my other cats (the box it came in is proving popular too). It was easy to set up, super quiet, works perfectly (we have it on sensor mode) and clearly, they approve of this new water delivery system. I have a hunch my Bengal and Bengal cross will be playing with the running water soon enough too. I’m sure if they had opposable thumbs it would be thumbs up all round from my clan but you’ll have to settle for my two 👍🏻👍🏻Edit to add:Three months later and I’ve ordered a second one so you can assume my cats and I are still happy with the fountain and its newly purchased twin. Roxy no longer meows for fresh water, ever. Also, I was trying to get to the bottom of a poo-problem she was having (any cat owner knows, it always comes back to a discussion about their poo, so I’m not even apologising) in that I couldn’t figure out why she was a bit loose. Two days after starting to use the fountain and her issue resolved itself. I have no idea why or how but it did. The fountain was the only thing that changed.Cleaning the fountain is easy enough, I just separate it into its various bits, use antibacterial washing up liquid to clean everything and use the mini brush (provided with the kit) to clean through the tube bit and rinse thoroughly. Tip: to clean inside the pump, pull the fan-looking thing out with a pair of scissors and poke the mini brush around in there. With nine felines in the house the motion sensor is set off pretty regularly so I need to charge up twice a week. It doesn’t take long at all, just over an hour then it’s back in business. I bought a second fountain purely for convenience - I don’t have to refill it as often now and there’ll always be one in operation should one go wrong at any point. I had to separate one cat temporarily recently for a medical thing and with two fountains, everyone still had access to one.The Bengals played with the water during the first day of operation but stopped when the novelty wore off, which is probably a good thing. It’s still two thumbs up from me and various paws from the cats 👍🏻👍🏻🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Works, but too tall
A neat thing, it has a pir to save battery, and comes with a decent length lead so you can leave it plugged in, but it is far, far too tall for a house cat! And if you put a platform there, it blocks the PIR so there's no water. Oops!Should be half as tall, akin to a water bowl! Would be fine for a cat the size of a labrador, maybe?

Easy to clean !
My kitten loved this water fountain as soon as I set it up, and chooses only drinks from this ! I bought extra filters as they need changing regularly . Silent function is great too .The lid fitting is a tad fiddly after filling with water , so you need to position the white motor until the lid closes properly. Love the sensor factor and move ability .
