I am doing gym workout since from long time... usually I only take creatine as a pre-workout from last year... but when just for trial and curious purpose I purchased this ON pre-workout... and guess what its so amazing .. I literally feel the focus, awakens, power, stamina ... during the workout I feel more energetic and power is also on another level so I ultimately able to lift more, repes more and able to do heavy workout... But i didnt take it daily as it is said that you may addicted to the caffeine ... so i suppose to take it only when i have leg or back day ..

, so no issues there. It kicks in quickly, helping with focus and endurance, especially during high-intensity workouts.

Tastes like a mixed fruit item should & packs a whallop with all that caffeine. Keep plenty of water handy during your work-outs as this will dry your throat faster than you can snatch 50lbs.

This is the worst !!I generally have Monster zero-sugar energy drinks while I'm working out. But then , when I saw that ON had a pre workout , I thought of giving it a try... plus, the reviews were really good .But to my dismay .. this tastes worse than cough syrup ( Fruit Punch ) , plus , it did not even dissolve well.But wait ? Was this a fake product ?? * I thought for a hot second *But No !! I confirmed it online by using the secret code on the packaging. It's legit!!ON made a horrible-tasting pre-workout.Never getting it again .. ever !!( Will taste the green apple one tomorrow and ship its review too ) - Ya, I bought both flavors :(---Update :Green Apple tastes better than the horrendous-tasting fruit punch but still is grainy and artificial tasting. It does not at all help with providing energy in the gym ( that's the primary reason people consume it ). I'm going back to my Monster Energy ultra zero-sugar drink as a pre-workout. They cost 5 times the price of an ON sache, but at least they WORK and taste DELICIOUS !!

Please rename the fruit punch flavour to Cough syrup flavour!P.s. Results are good though.

Very convenient pouch packing can be carried while travelling easily, pre workout works as advertised!Should have more flavours though

I am going to turn 40 this year. Every day my trainer comes to my home and makes me workout. I have some basic equipment. I have used some outstanding pre workout powders like Yeah Buddy and Kaged Preworkout. However, ON is a reputed brand and they are selling this for a very reasonable price so I had to find out what is going on. This review is being written after 4-5 uses.What does it taste like?It tastes very bad. If you don't mix well, the powder will make you want to throw up. It's very synthetic, strong. Flavour is not good.Does it mix easily?yes and no - since the serving size is quite big, the lumps inevitably remain when I use fork to mix it. Ideally you need a tall beer glass in which you should mix this with 400ml of water.Effect?No immediate high tension feeling. You will not get burning/itching sensation on your skin.Workout effect?Your focus improves. Your muscles feel ready to work. You will sweat within 20 minutes of using this. This is a standout feature. Other preworkouts may not make me sweat but this pre-workout always makes me sweat.I have managed to do 50-60 sessions with relative ease. I like this powder.Overall?For the price, quality, effect - I highly recommend it. But it could be a little more natural. But O.N does not make natural products. Kaged is way more natural than this. But it is not easily available and the sellers are suspect on amazon.**UPDATE 17th October 2024**I am on my second box and want to just say the taste improves over time. The effect is not as good as more expensive Preworkouts but on a single serving you will get a decent blast for 30-40 minutes. Don't expect to do 90 minute marathon sessions with this. For the price this could also be a 5 star product.
