The pills were dried up and looked like they were expired. Disappointed. Will not be purchasing again. Of course there are no refunds.The company read my review and refunded my money!

If you're taking 400mg of CoQ10, this is a great option. (A serving is 2 capsules for 400mg.) I felt a difference after a few days with these compared to capsules not containing coconut oil MCT, but maybe it was because the other brand I was using lied on its bottle about dosing and I was only taking 200mg before.Giving it 5 stars even though the capsules are so light that they float. The first time taking them, they stuck to the roof of my mouth while trying to swallow. Have to tilt my head down to swallow them, but I don't mind.

The previous brand I bought had gigantic capsules. These are small and packed with everything you need to be heart smart. I am borderline hypertensive and have a family history of stroke so I’ve added this to my morning routine to try to keep my heart healthy. This is by far my favorite brand.

I've taken COQ10 for years now, to help with a balance disorder I have called Mal de Debarquement Syndrome (MdDS). I thought I'd give this one a try since it also contains MCT Oil and is still well priced. To my pleasant surprise, I've dropped 5-10 lbs over the last few months and haven't done anything else different, so I'm giving credit to this supplement! Woohoo!
