This is was a wonderful charger. It charged very fast. Has a very long cord. But it died after a few weeks of use. Now I must buy another charger

Initially great product, everything was in order and shipped with no missing items but after about 8 months of normal use the charging cable has given out on me and no longer charges any of my devices. Beware for future buyers and use this as a point of reference for how long your purchase may last.(Edit) Following posting this review JSAUX got in contact with me and issued a replacement without any hassle or problems! Great customer service!

Purchased this for $30 to charge my steam deck and after less than a few weeks it stopped working. Everything seemed fine, I had it hooked up to the same place where my steam deck dock was held on my entertainment center and all of a sudden the C-port stopped working and clicking onto my device.I tried to plug the cord into all of my other devices and it had the issue where you had to pull the cord to a certain angle to get it to charge. that worked for all of one day until it eventually stopped working entirely.I obviously had thrown out the box as it had been over a week and even though I stated this in my return reason, the only free options available are if I have the original box and can bring it to kohls or staples. Since I don't have the original box, I have to buy a box AND a label meaning I'm out the shipping cost entirely for a product that deceptively worked just long enough for me to trust it, so I may as well pay the extra $1 to have UPS pick it up for me.I work for a company that sells through Amazon and we have to refund or reship the full value. It's a charger, not a laptop. Why would I keep the box. Please refund the full value and build your products to last.

Just as good as the charger the steam deck comes with. Comes with a 90 ° adapter so there isn't any strain on the cable when playing while charging.Comes with adapters for European and UK wall plugs. So if you ever go traveling you can still use the same adapter it's great.It fast charges my phones, I use it with my switch and Deck without issue. Highly recommend

A good deal. I used up the one that came with my steam deck. This one lasted significantly more playing hours. I run that deck hard with palworld and other higher wattage games. Expect about 1000 hours plugged in play time if you're holding it in your lap and wiggly while playing high wattage/3D games. That plug eventually gets loose. This is fine - if they made it too hard it would damage the deck instead!

Edit: The company was surprisingly responsive to this review, and sent me a replacement quickly and of no charge. I give them props for doing that.Unfortunately didn't even last a year. For the past several months you had to finagle the charger very precisely to even make proper contact to charge. I don't recommend.
