SECOND UPDATE APRIL 2024
SECOND UPDATE APRIL 2024: I finally received an email back from Customer Service. They replaced my unit. I received it today. So they do stand behind their product - if you can get them to respond.UPDATE APRIL 2024: I absolutely loved this hot air brush when I first bought it - but now 6 months later it isn’t working properly. On low it gets extremely hot, making my hair frizz. I sent an email at the beginning of the week to the company because of the warranty and now it’s the weekend - I haven’t heard back from them yet! Even though they say their customer service is amazing, I beg to differ on that subject. I expected this product to last a long time as you can tell by my original review. I’m very disappointed!Nicebay Hairdrying Brush - I am enjoying this product! It replaced Conair Infinity Spin Brush Styler which I have used for years- but replacement brushes are not available for purchase, and buying a whole new one seems wasteful. I tried this one because Whal is the brand of products I buy for my husband’s grooming, and they last a long time. So far, I have only used the 1 1/2 inch round brush for my short-ish hairstyle. It’s working great! I was impressed by all the attachments and extras that came with it! I use it on the low setting as recommended for fine hair. It’s comfortable for my petite hands - the fit and weight of it are perfect. It dries my hair quickly, and no frizz! With the comb that was included it is easy to clean the round brush after every use. If I were to suggest upgrades - I would say to put the COOL setting closer to the brush with a slide button so it’s easier to use. The button position is at the base of the unit, so I haven’t been using COOL to set my curl. And to include dust covers for the brushes. With that being said, I recommend this product based on my results of using it.

No complaints
I don’t use it daily, because I often let my hair air dry. I have fine hair and this dryer works great for my needs. I hate using a heavy traditional hairdryer and a brush. This is all in one. Lightweight. Will buy again.

Broke in 7 months
I bought this 7 months ago and it just stopped working! Worked fantastic but not worth the money when it dies less then a year in.

Not as thrilling as I thought this set would be.
Don't get me wrong, I don't hate this set. I bought this instead of the Revlon dryer brush tool for the extra 20 bucks just to have the option of the other attachments. However, if you really want boar bristles, don't make this your buying choice. They're definitely not boar. The bristles on this thing are nylon and plastic as the day is long. Also, on the big oval head, the nylon bristles ("boar") are only on the round edges of the tool, not the broad sides, so I'm not sure how helpful they will be in preventing tangling when you're using this to curl long hair. I'll give it a go a couple times during the return window and see whether I want to keep it. I would NOT, however, recommend paying anything over the sale price for this set. I saw it sold on Target's website for $300. Ridiculous.

Must wear glove and buy a heat pad
After using this 5 times and the last time getting my 3ft of hair TANGLED in the smaller brush I am ready to submit my review. I had to seriously contemplate taking my L and cutting a 2 in wide section of my hair. (Half a bottle of conditioner saved the day) it had nothing to do with the product it was all me. If this happens to you, dont panic. Unclip the brush, let it cool down completely , do not tug on it. Once its cool and youve had a mini heart attack apply a generous amount of conditioner if you cant rotate it our like me- SLIP your hair down the tool. The bristles are super short and its all going to be ok.To prevent this from happening- Use the clips it comes with bestie…. Just - use them. I dont care how easy you think it looks. Use them to separate the side sections of the piece youre working on because that was my mistake. I got twisting happy thinking I got the hang of it and I indeed did not. Now for those of you rolling your eyes as if this is common sense. Some of us never had to use a hot tool, my hair is naturally straight. So take what is useful leave what is not. ❤️So first, its cheap we know. So with that being said wear the glove bestie. Its not like when you bought a wand back in 2013 and tossed the glove because youre too good for it. The whole thing gets hot and its not like a regular hair dryer treat this basically like a huge curling iron. Everyone talks about how good it is for the price but noone is saying how to handle it. Im not an expert and I rarely apply heat. But with colder temps i cant air dry my 36in anymore - so I bought this in an attempt to up my hair game. With that being said I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a heat pad thingy for this due to what I just said. I cannot stress enough that the WHOLE TOOL is hot 😅. Rip my vanity. All in all this thing is pretty good. I look forward to more practice. I use the biggest round brush for my bottom layers, smaller for top. I saw a review that talked about how the inside melted because of the cheap material, so I will be keeping a close eye on how this holds up overtime. But $60? Its worth the try.

Did not like this product
Product isn’t strong enough and left my hair frizzy. The Revlon dryer brush works much better
