The product certainly delivers what it promises in its write-ups.1) The seating is comfortable and supports the entire sit bone area2) The cushioning is perfect and provides very easy & adjustable postures3) The thickness is ideal (it is about 4" and on compression is 2" which is exactly how it should) & thus provides adequate sit bone and thigh support to give a feeling of sitting on cloudI have been using it for about 10+ days now. I was able to feel the difference in my pain on the very first day itself.I won't comment on competing product, however, would certainly add that this one surely scores on the overall dimensions (L, B & H) and the comfort.Great design overall

About the product - It is 4+stars !! This seat is quite comfortable to use and is well made. I use it for office chair and for long car travel. Comfort and built is good, cushion stays in place, the fabric could be better ! Would highlyrecommend it .Now why the one star - It is not for the product but the manufacturer or the seller: When I received the product I examined it externally and it looked fine. Never bothered to open the cover and check the internals and why would one . But recently when I opened the back cover for washing purpose, I noticed the foam has crevices and holes in it, yet the product was sold as new. Seems like a QC rejected piece. This is not fair to customers. Manufacturer should not take advantage of it . When you spend close to Rs 2000 and you receive a defective piece, not a good experience. I hope they are listening and hope they can still make replacement even though its outside replacement window.

Excellent product for long hours of sitting. Earlier i had a back pain daily after sitting with a regular cushion. This one's amazing. No pain whatsoever and very comfortable.

I am a software developer which means most of my hours are spent sitting infront of a screen. This cushion has helped reduce back pain and also allowed me to work comfortably for longer hours.

After 3–4 hours of continuous use, the memory foam has lost its form and thinned out.
