Q: Warranty information please?

No Idea of warranty. . . mine is of strong construction and I have had no problems. Think I purchased it about 6 months ago. I absolutely love it ! ! ! Have cataracts, it makes 32 count fabric ok to stitch.

Q: Must hold item right up to magnifying glass,no way to paint or work on. can i get a replacement head maybe the 5x?

I'm not sure if you can. I ended up returning mine and buying a better one as the bottom of the pole kept getting loose at the base and got so bad, I couldn't even tighten it anymore.

Q: can the plug be replaced or repaired? Something on my mother's lamp got bent and even the main lighing store in town says they can't fix it.

It looks like a typical lamp, so I would assume it's repairable. But now days it's cheaper to buy new than repair sometimes.

Q: can you change the bulb? is it expensive?

Long lasting LED parimeter bulbs don’t need changing. All features and parts work well. Good overall value to me.
