Great for lower leg and foot massage.
I really like having both shapes to work the tightness out of my lower legs and the bottoms of my feet. I can get in everywhere I need to using both tools.

Easy to use
These are really nice to use. I got metal ones so they don't break when I drop them like my stone one. They are easy to hold and do not slip out of your hand, but smoth enough to glide on your skin. They are easy to clean and hold up well on the steam room.
