I like it
I am new to tofu, and I am testing everything. I have been using extra firm tofu, soy curls, and this product.This shredded tofu is my favorite for ease of preparation and most consistent outcome.It is pricey, and I will be trying to find a less expensive option.

Small package. Expensive for what you get.
I haven’t tried it yet but was so disappointed with small package for the price. Would not buy again. Will try and find at Asian store in my area. It’s also in some fragments.
