This set was perfect for my son’s first birthday party. We did a boy story theme and everything was great. The high chair banner was my favorite part.

Not as described, missing balloons
This is supposed to have four foil star balloons to rocket ships and a number one balloon. It came with three rocket ships, two stars and a one. Missing two balloons, and got one extra for a total of one less than anticipated. I haven’t checked the regular balloons to see how those look but I’m pretty disappointed with the foil balloons.
