This product was purchased as a Christmas present for my partner Sheila who's medical condition is not good. She is of course overjoyed with the chair as it came well packed easy to get into the house because of its size and came in two parts. It was easy to put together and she is overjoyed with the heating and vibration facilities on this product. She was also very happy with the USB connection as she can charge all her equipment without moving. In fact it's been very difficult to get her out of it due to being so comfortable as well as looking good. As l stated it came well packed and without damaged so many thanks for making a lady very happy James.

I bought this chair because my wife has Parkinson's and has difficulty standing from a normal chair. It was easy to put together and my wife loves it! It's very comfortable, and the massage and heat functions are really appreciated. The fact that it is a riser/recliner and has a USB point, plus two side pockets and two cup holders were the main reasons I bought it, plus the fact that it is so much cheaper than similar models without these added features. My wife is delighted with it so far - we've had it for three weeks - and it appears to be excellent quality!

Great rise and recliner chair there was a problem with delivery but spoke with lily and got it all sorted. Thank you very much really love my new chair

Arrived with several missing parts. No remote controls, no electric plug and only one arm rest cushion. Having to wait another week for a replacement. Disgraceful.

Worked well for two days then the charge USB socket failed followed by the massage / heat remote I've checked all the connections to no avail and emailed the aftersales address twice with no reply and very frustrated.

I have Parkinson health to stand up and with a massage and lumber heat support is ideal for my complaint excellent product quality structure and value for money
