I got these to help reduce hair loss and help my skin and hair be healthy. The gummies are really yummy and don't have any weird side effects- no upset tummy like other supplements. Since starting them I have noticed less hair loss. My only issue is the gummies tend to all stick together as one blob in the bottle, making it hard to just get two out at a time.

They realtor work and taste great

This is second bottle i have purchased. I felt that these worked really well to restore my hair growth after going through a thinning phase. My dematologist recommended that I take Biotin and apply a topical regrowth ointment ( i.e. Rogaine) and the two together worked beautifully. My hair came back nicely. These are pricier than Biotin supplements or other hair/nail supplements, but I feel that they are worth it. The components in them seem to work extremely well to regrow hair.

I used these for a month and didn’t notice a difference. Probably should try them for longer but just don’t feel like it. I wish vitamins were not expensive. They tasted good! Some were stuck together so it was hard to get out sometimes

They work great. My nails and hair never looked better! The only concern I have is they all stick together in the jar and are hard to get out. I literally have to stick a knife or scissors in the bottle to separate them.
