Decent and simple rice cooker to use works well

I have a larger model of this brand also and this smaller version also cooks rice well. The inclusion of the mat stops the rice from sticking. Great product

Good cook nice rice

It can cook a lot of rice at once, enough for a restaurant use. Decent size, and easy to maintain.

Great but way too big for small family

I have been using rice cooker for nearly 40 yrs. And this one I bought recently is the most basic and easy to use and I have similar rice cooker which is nearly 20yrs old and still perfect. After reading few reviews I was quite impressed and ordered one. I used the rice cooker to cook for 20 portion (20 peoples). After measuring rice and water I press the liver to cook. After a while the rice started to boil and as ususal with other rice cooker I quickly opened the lid to check and I could see the rice and it looked good. After some time I could smell burning and it was from the rice cooker. I tried to flick the rice cooker liver to "warm" from "cook" but the liver didn't move and at the end I had to switch it off at the main plug by then the rice was already burnt from underneat and was inateble and I had to cook on my old rice cooker twice for the amount of people. Really disappointed with the rice cooker. It is a simple rice cooker but I will not reggumet to any one. Sorry😞😞😞. Pic of burnt rice still unable to remove from the base of the cooker 😠😠😠

Good rice cooker for my business, I use for two years still look good, I see another few shops, you buy something similar is cost you more than 10 times more for the money, will buy again, if need.

When ordering a product from a company called 'Nextday catering Equipment Supplies' you have a high level of confidence that you will receive the product the next day. If you are looking for that do not order from them. I ordered it on the Thursday and it didn't arrive til midday Monday. Very poor service that caused me a lot of trouble because no-one was in when it was delivered. The rice cooker itself seems excellent so no complaints there!

Très bon produit, puissant, fiable et conçu pour durer. Le cuiseur chauffe rapidement et bascule automatiquement en mode maintien au chaud, ce qui est très pratique. La cuve antiadhésive est de qualité. Malheureusement, le volume est bien trop important pour un usage domestique classique, je l’ai donc retourné pour opter pour un modèle plus compact. Mais cela reste un excellent produit, surtout pour un usage professionnel ou familial intensif.

Produit non adapter pour la france prise anglaise sa devient pénible
