I'm obsessed with these. They're so good!
These are such good lozenges, and they are great for my problems with dry mouth. The ingredients are natural and minimal, and I love the flavor of these. They last a long time if you don't really chew them (which is how you're supposed to eat them). I like that they come in tins, although I now have about a million tins-they are useful for storing little things. These are easy to carry and stay in the tin like they're supposed to. They do have a sort of unique odor, which isn't bad per se, but if you chronically consume them (I don't recommend this as maltitol, which is the first ingredient, can have a laxative effect when consumed excessively). They are really soothing to the throat, as advertised, and great to have around if you get dry mouth a lot.

Best Taste Amongst The Flavors!
It’s of the best lozenges to keep your throat soothed and protected, especially when you're engaged in a-lot of vocal activity. I personally find the elderflower flavor better compared to the original black currant. It’s nicely fragrant and is a bit reminiscent to lychee. Black Currant can be quite strong as a flavor, so this is a good one to try first!

Glad to have stumbled upon these
I was looking for something for my throat as I had to do a little public speaking. These are sugar free and the black currant flavor is mild but delicious. Cures any dry mouth issues and feels great for the throat. I just bought four more boxes as people want them.

delicious and chewy
this reminds me of the days I ate candy whenever I could. Thank goodness not sugary. Taste was fine. I ate them. I didn't watch over the long term to see if my raw throat would be helped.

Recommended highly, they work
A speaker I follow, can't remember if it's Tim Ferris or Seth Godin or...? anyway, he recommended these as helping with raspy throat kinds of problems. They're awesome! Pricey, yes, but they work. Taste good too.

So-So...Yes and No...
I actually ordered these after seeing an interview with a well-known voice actor who recommended the Grether's Black Currant Pastilles as a vocal chord soother/moisturizer. My occupation has a large component of public speaking, in the form of instructional programs lasting at least an hour each and can involve multiple sessions on the same day. I've been looking for something that would help keep my throat moist during them and I thought 'well, if those work...let's try the blueberry ones as I prefer that flavor to black currant'. My rating for the Sugarfree Blueberry Pastilles is mixed.Positive: The flavor is very good. Subtle blueberry taste with none of the 'medicinal' quality that at least one other reviewer has mentioned. As a sweet, I would consider getting them again if not for the expensive price.Negative: The individual pastilles, while being consumed did encourage a flow of saliva but once it had dissolved, my throat felt very dry. Arguably this could be due to the ingredients included that make it 'Sugarfree'. The pastilles did not last long. They dissolved in less than five minutes (I've had breath mints and gummy candies of similar size that lasted longer). So the upshot? As an enjoyable candy, these pastilles are tasty but expensive. As a vocal chord moisturizer, for me they fall very flat. Now again, this could be due to the fact that they are sugarfree, so I am going to try the originally suggested black currant pastilles (that are NOT sugarfree) and see if there is a noticeable difference.

If only these weren't so expensive...
I would buy cases upon cases of these. They are by far the best Pastilles I've had - I swear by them when I'm sick.
