I took delivery of my awesome little micro paracord dispenser with cord on it. Came as described, on time and has excellent packaging.The Black Micro Paracord great color. It's a rich, dark black that screems quality.I make a wide range of things and use 550 Type III Milspec paracord and then finish it with Micro Cord.The products I make have a dual use. Fashion and or a tool and then if needed can be used for survival. The Micro Cord not only makes my products look great, it adds value and more survival benefits in the end. It's rated for 100 lbs.The dispenser is a great tool in itself. It keeps your cord from trangling itself. It can be strapped to your bugout bag or camping back. It has a built in cutting blade, gear loop, storage and it's impact resistant. Store a light or matches or fishing hooks or an extra few bullets for an emergency. I carry 3 extra round at least for that emergency gun shot letting other know you're in trouble.The best part about it is ITS MADEBIN THE USA!!!!! I carry bank line in every camping and tool kit I have. Backpacking, car camping, or just backyard tent camping, I need some line. Hanging up some line to dry clothes? Got it.Now I have an all-in-one line dispenser. Yes, this thing holds, 125 feet of 100 lb. cord. I'm thinking that 100 lb. is about the same as #12 bank line. It's not going to be holding up a hammock or a carcass, so I'm not concerned. 100 lb. is strong enough for everything I use it for. It comes ready to go, obviously. You simply grab the running end out of the notch and string it up. The notch keeps the spool from unrolling so no need for funky knots or rubber bands or what have you. When you get the amount you need, there's a very sharp blade. The little blade is hidden well enough that I really can't see how anyone could cut themselves or other items in your pack/kit. Then just slide the end of the cord back into the notch and you're done. So far this has been bouncing around in my car's toolbox and has suffered no damage, nor has it come unrolled.

If only someone had made the storage compartment just slightly bigger to fit a regular size lighter, this would have been a 5 star. I tried to get one to fit and just wants to go in, but it is too tight.The mini lighter will fit easily, but now I have to wrap it in tape or put padding inside to keep it from rattling.I'm sure trying to change it will require a new mold, which is costly and takes more time.It will still carry in my EDC bag nicely.
