Did not have opening in the back, it was hard getting it over the princesses head.

My 2 year old granddaughter loves it. Wore it to a princess themed event. She didn’t want to take it off.

My little girl LOVES this dress. We ordered it for a Halloween Costume and I am pretty sure she'd wear it every day if she could. The quality is quite good for the price (my mom always judges by if she "could make it for that price", haha) and it will be enjoyed for a long time. The jewels do come off of the wand and crown, but we've had (a little) luck gluing them back on. I'm not sure I've had much luck with any other wand/crown sets that have jewels, so I kind of expected them to come off at times. Might be careful if you have young ones, though, so the jewels don't get accidentally swallowed if they do come off. Overall, I would definitely recommend this set!
