Surprisingly easy to use. I love it?
Bought this for a cruise where the drinks package was just too expensive. Also bought the nano adaptor so I can use it with nespresso capsules. Got it set up and running in less than 5 minutes! Perfect espresso (we love Caffe Borbonne Capsules) with a rich crema! Brilliant little gadget, easy to carry and best of all, simple to use!

Makes Great Coffee. Slowly.
I bought this to use while travelling on holidays. Easy to assemble, requires a fair amount of hand dexterity and strength to pump - one shot takes around thirty four pumps. The coffee is great. The process is slow. If you are making one shot for one person, then it is fine. An additional shot will take long enough to set up and pump that the first one will be too cool for most tastes.Build quality seemed satisfactory, without striking one as of a quality to justify the price. The item I had soon developed a pump fault and was returned for a refund. In all probability, I will buy another of these before travelling again, unless I can find something a bit faster and somewhat better constructed.

Impressive
A device such as this is always going to be a compromise but it makes surprisingly good coffee. The caveat is that you need fresh, finely ground coffee. Finer than you’re likely to find from supermarket bought ‘espresso’ coffee. Our go to for a stovetop when travelling would be lavazza espresso (the one in the black packet) though I doubt that’s fine enough to get the best out of this machine. It’s certainly worth the money though.

Fills a Niche
A criticism often levelled at the Nanopresso is that it needn’t exist. For me - a fledgling espresso fan - I found it perfect. I’d previously used either a V60 ot AeroPress and wanted to sample espresso without shelling out hundreds of pounds. At £70 this seemed like a good stepping stone and indeed it makes very enjoyable espresso from shop-bought ground coffee.Yes it could produce so much better espresso if I used premium coffee specifically ground for espresso but as I’m just starting out I wanted to take small steps. My only criticism is that it doesn’t produce a double dose.

Wacaco - Top Company, Great Service, Really Good Product.
I bought one in July of this year, used it daily with no problems. Last week the pump broke, most likely from over brutal early use by me. Wacaco were brilliant about it and after a few emails and a picture of the damage, they sent me a new Nanopresso. Really good service, very friendly and totally customer orientated, overall a great experience and I'd recommend the Nanopresso to anyone as it's just the best portable coffee maker out there. [Goodbye Aeropress...]. Thank you Wacaco.

Brilliant
I got this as a birthday present and I am so happy. I travel a lot off the beaten track in rural India and even though I travel light I miss my espresso in the mornings. This is a game changer. I bought the adapter so I can use the pods with it. Yes it’s a luxury , yes it’s extra to carry. Yes its absolutely worth it. Sure it’s not the same as a high end machine but it brings so much joy ☕️

Stopped working after 5 uses
Terrible item for the price, managed to make around 5 coffees (which were good) and then it stopped pumping, contacted the seller but yet to get a response a couple of weeks later.

Customer support is awesome!
Love this little espresso maker! Have found it easy to use, easy to clean and easy to pack away for travelling! The espresso coffee I make using this machine has a wonderful flavour and crema! I did have an issue with the pump sticking in when pressed, I contacted customer support and they were able to assist me with a replacement very quickly! I am impressed with both the machine and customer support and highly recommend this product.

disappointed after a week
Update: I loved nanopresso. However, after using it for a week, the piston is getting stuck. Once I push it, it doesn’t bounce back and I have to pull it manually after pushing it each time. Replacement is created by Amazon customer service. I’ll give an update whether the replacement is working fine or it has the same issue.Love this portable espresso maker. The taste, the crema, the aroma, everything is just like the espresso you get in coffee shops. Plus, the feeling of preparing your coffee yourself is as beautiful as having a good coffee. It’s travel friendly. No electricity/ battery required. You just need hot water and patience . Cleaning it is easy, too.The only thing that disappointed me (only) a little bit is that the espresso won’t be piping hot. However, if you love your coffee piping hot and you’re open to go for other drinks apart from espresso, you can make an americano (by pouring some hot water into the espresso) or a long black (by pouring the espresso into the hot water). To me, investing in nanopresso > frequently spending money in coffee shops

Simplement parfait !
