Surprisingly good. Easy to set up and use with the little remote. Does make a noise but nothing terrible, like a pleather creaking noise and of course the motor noise. Heat function and vibrating seat are ok, you can feel them but that’s not the main purpose of this seat, still a welcome addition to it. The main thing is of course the shiatsu rollers, this bit is excellent! You do need to get it set up on the right kind of chair though. I reckon a dining table chair would be best as they’re more upright. I’ve used it on the sofa and office chair which have worked but I’ve had to adjust my position to hit certain areas of my back. E.g. on the sofa you sink down so the massage chair doesn’t hit the lower back as well as I want. Lots of settings to play with so you can really get action on the muscles you want (strength, speed, width, and focus on one area if you want). Worth mention in as well the rollers on this go quite far down the back and as high as the shoulder/traps too. I’ve only had this for a couple of weeks so can’t comment on durability. I don’t have any back problems. I lift weights. My usage case for this is to assist with relaxing sore muscles, it doesn’t get rid of muscle soreness but it certainly helps revitalise me. Also, the warranty registration site didn’t accept my order number so I emailed them and they extended it for me. Judging by the other reviews Snailax seem pretty good at sorting issues out. All in all happy with it.

This is a great product, I was sceptical at first as I used to get a twice monthly professional massage. But this chair is nearly as good with lots of different settings plus heat if you want it. The only downside to the whole experience was instead of getting it the next day on Prime, DWP took five days to deliver it to me !

This is perfect for me the massage is very intense, I almost fell asleep, wouldn’t recommend if your very slight as it could be uncomfortable

Still getting used to it, but as I like a deep-tissue massage I can deal with the painful higher settings, although some experimentation is required. It will definitely save money in the long term by reducing the need for the sports massages that I normally have. Unfortunately, you cannot remain seated on it for long after a massage as it is uncomfortable, and it's a bit unwieldy having to remove it to continue working in the same chair. However, a spare chair if you have the space would solve this. You do need a firm cushion to elevate yourself to make the lower back massage more effective so that it reaches low enough. I will probably get their neck massager to extend the areas I can treat at home.

The heat function did not work so I ordered a replacement. This also came with the heat function not working. Very disappointed, will be asking for a refund.

Excellent massager especially at the price, only one small problem is it doesn't go high enough to do shoulders other than that I'm really pleased. Hard, soft and can vary width of massage balls, brilliant.

Good to use it after long and stressful day

After 2 days of use these are my initial findings. Quality - looks good, material is nice. Setting options - Offers 2D shiatsu, 3D shiatsu, rolling, spot, vibration and heat. Intensity of shiatsu can be adjusted low or high on remote as well as by using the extra cover they include. Pressure - If you're someone who is looking for a bit of pressure to really hit those spots, the only way I was able to achieve it is using 3D option. With 2D is just ok but it is closer to a pat down feel. 3D does a decent job of applying pressure. Rolling feels kind of useless and barely noticeable when it reaches certain parts of the back. As it rolls down to lower back you start to feel it but then it dissapoints when starts going back up and it doesnt reach too high (on my stopping at shoulder) A very important aspect is also the chair you put this on will make a difference in what you feel and how strong. So be sure to try it on different chairs Heat - not noticable and doesn't really heat up quickly. You do feel it slightly after a while , 2 cycles later until I realized there is some heat Issues - when In 2d mode there's a weird noise like sand getting grinded or plastic rubbing ... it's just concerning because it doesn't sound like it should be there. In 3D i notice the balls kind of jump a little like they want to go off track but then it's ok. So overall initial impressions is im satisfied for now but only time will tell. I bought this to replace another brand cushion that the ball ripped right through the fabric on (on 3 different replacements) . In reading many reviews on many massage products, it appears this is common and they haven't figured out a solution. Will update if any major issues come up. But for price I would just get it and you may be pleasantly surprised .

I tried this massager on my lift chair, and it worked so I slipped it onto my mobility scooter. I prefer it on the mobility scooter because it is easier to regulate the pressure on a chair that it is intended for, not leaning against. I like it.

hard to get the rollers to go straight up as basic setting puts them in a Y pattern; balls skip under pressure (this is indicated as normal, but really just too bad, as it disrupts the proper flow

Bought one time and return because of roller not working properly . Bought again and I thought will be ok but exactly the same issue with second purchase . The right roller doesn't spin smooth and suddenly moves backwards and make you surprise. The left roller is ok but right one in both purchase were kind of damaged and not working properly. Second issue is with power Cord . It doesn't connect to power properly. One time it works and power is on but three or more times no power . There is a problem with cord connection. Really upset and disappointing with this price. Don't suggest at all.
