Adds a lot to the workout
My son has added these to his Muay Thai workout and says it really adds a lot of oomph. He was definitely feeling it the next day after using for the first time.

Poor quality
This product is of very poor quality. Some of the stitching on the velcro was missing and coming away in other places when we opened it. One of the foot attachments is wrong sided so that can't be used. Altogether this is totally rubbish.

This product is great however one of the silver attachment rings is missing from the ankle strapVery frustrating and finding it difficult to contact anyone for help
