I'm extremely picky with my matcha. I've honestly gatekept this brand and variety because I'm afraid of it selling out... But I have to leave a glowing review. I really just have to. I noticed a huge upgrade in their packaging. It used to come just in a plain Amazon bubble envelope, but now they've upgraded to branded boxes, wrapping paper, and an even bigger origami paper freebie :)Really, though, this matcha is my very favorite. It's deeply and vibrantly green, naturally sweet, not bitter whatsoever. It is a massive upgrade from any other "premium" matcha I've tried. When mine ran out and I didn't plan ahead properly, I had to order another brand in the interim. It's just... fine. Haha. People really enjoy that brand but it is truly just okay. It does not stand up to this delicious matcha. I've been drinking matcha for something like 15 years and have never had anything this good.Also, please watch their product video on how the matcha is made. I really appreciated seeing their brand represented in the video and seeing the step-by-step process, why they do certain processes, etc. It made me even more confident it's actually a great product directly from the source.I'm a huge fan of this brand and will continue to support them as long as they will continue to feed my addiction :) Please restock the 1lb bag becuase I'm absolutely going to treat myself to it once you do!! :)

I always worry about the quality of matcha from Amazon but this product is actually pretty great! It smells grassier than other matchas I’ve tried but has a hint of sweetness to it. The color is absolutely beautiful & you can tell by the consistency of the powder that it is good quality. It’s not bitter at all & I was surprised as to how little sweetener I needed for my latte as the matcha provides its own sweetness. The only thing is I feel like it’s not super strong so you have to use a little more for the flavor to come through. Otherwise, due to this matcha being readily available on Amazon, & actually good quality- I will definitely be purchasing again!!

The sealer is a bit hard on and off, so I use the ziplock, I want to preserve it as well, ziplock is just easier to control. The quality is good. Smooth is the most impressive word stick in my mind. I could not find my electric stir thing, and the traditional one I already discarded because I found a bit trouble to clean sometimes. Alright the main point is no need for the stir thing that much, adding 175 water, wow, use the stick to stir, btw, I do not even sift it! And it’s nicely blended together with milk. Nice taste! Bright color! Better than stored bought matcha latte! And lastly, hi CEO, I read the note, here’s my honest review! And yes I would recommend to my friends!

I'm just getting into matcha, and now that I have mastered my daily matcha latte, I realized I wanted to branch out to other teas to see how they taste and decide what I like. I wasn't sure I would be able to taste the difference, but wow. This one is so delicious. The powder is so delicate and fine, and the flavor is rich and umami. I did feel like I had to use a fair amount of it to get the intensity I wanted, but I usually like a strong matcha. Really high quality product, I'll repurchase. love it. I was honestly conflicted about writing a review, because I don't want them to sell out, but also I want them to stay in business and be successful because the product is great.

I’ve repurchased this matcha multiple times, as it’s one of my favorites. The last shipment that I received doesn’t seem to be of the same quality as my prior ones. The color is much more dull and the taste seems off. Hopefully just a bad batch and they didn’t change their formula.
