Cauli Rice - Fullgreen - Low Carb Riced Cauliflower (Cauliflower, 1 Count)

Like everything about this product this product is healthy, low calorie, great taste and the price is low. Highly recommended.

I thought it tasted disgusting. The first couple bites were ok, but then this weird taste permeated my mouth. I couldn't finish it. I had to rinse with mouthwash afterward. And I had to double wrap and seal the trash bag, because the smell was also disgusting.

I've been dieting and trying to incorporate more veggies while cutting out carbs. This magic bag of cauliflower rice makes perfect rice balls! The rice sticks together nicely without need for anything like cream cheese or whatever people usually use for cauliflower rice balls. However, I only managed to make 4 from the bag, so would need to buy several to make a picnic happen. The one down side is the vinegary smell from the rice. I suppose that's what they used as a preservative, but it still smells pretty bad.

This was the first time I tried riced cauliflower. I was not a fan of this pouch version. I have problems with certain textures and this was mushy and strange. I later purchased a frozen version from Whole Foods and it is so much fresher tasting. It was worth a try though.

I was looking for a refrigerated riced cauliflower product as a backup when the Whole Foods 365 Rice Cauliflower was out of stock. When I opened the pack, the cauliflower was yellow and didn't smell right, so I returned it. My go to will be the Whole Foods item.

I tried each flavor and ended up throwing 3 out because I couldn't get with it... Make fresh, it would be better.
