Heres a little secret. These work fantastic tucked next to your own pillow at night. If you wake up hot, lay your arm across it, wrist down, and your cooling pressure points are activated letting you get back to sleep in minutes. WAAAY better than those supposed cool pillows. On a side note, dogs love theirs too lol.

It fits in the crate well. I covered it with a pillow case as the dog didn't like the feel of it.After covering she was fine.

We bought Duke a different brand cooling mat- and he hates it. He'll literally lay beside it. This one- HE LOVES! We take it in his stroller, his car seat, on the sofa, on the bed, out to eat. Its so helpful in keeping our baby cool in the Florida heat!
