Comes with a European plug and is 110v not 240vWhich I only found out by plugging it in and blowing it up. Nowhere on the advert or in the paperwork that comes with it does it say anything about its voltage. Amazon or the supplier knowing it was being delivered to a UK address should have said not suitable for UK use. I’m now £350 out of pocket and it was a Christmas present for my partner😡

Sold in Amazon uk with us sauna unit. Enclosure claims to be 7 foot but it is only 6 foot 6. Years apart when putting together…do not purchase.

It was easy to set up and instructions were very straight forward. The only thing that I wish they had done was make the rubber hose for the steamer to be more longer and able to cut to the customers preferred length. I feel that that they were too short. Other than that I really like it and use it almost daily.

I'll admit I thought this to be yet another health and fitness gimmick which I get sucked into. This is actually very therapeutic. I spend 20 to 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week just before bed time. I feel less stressed and lost some weight to boot

I got this for my husband for Christmas, and he loves it! It took us about 10 minutes to assemble and the instructions were pretty easy to understand. It is a little more steamy than we are used to, but the temperature gets to a where we want it. It's really nice when you put drops of essential oils in the water. This particular model does come with a little camping chair, which is nice, but it can be somewhat cramped due to keeping the steamer away from your feet (it will burn you). Overall, this is a really great product and good alternative if you don't have access to a sauna at your gym or anything.

I have it 3 stars because it did not contain the steam hoses. I ordered the hoses separately from another seller.

I have been enjoying saunas at hotels to relieve my body tension. Finally, this little unit is affordable and functions well for me to enjoy the sauna at home. It is easy to set up and with temperature control. I heat up the steam at higher temperature and then lower it once I am in. The zipper hand opening allows me to do facials at the same time. What a self-enjoyment.
