This vinegar powder is exactly what I wanted! Tangy, tart and mouth puckering. This is not bland at all!! Perfect for recipes.

I like to make my own potato chips and this is very good for that salt & vinegar taste. Could be a bit harder on the vinegar but certainly the best i've found so far and does it well enough for me

Light vinegar, texture is like corn starch,sprinkles easily.

I thoght it would tast like vinegar.IT DOES NOT not even remotely it has zero flavor as in about like Powdered Styrofoam . Im not even kidding im sad . Normally their products are good . I can't call it a epeic fail because it didn't poisen me . Apparently i can't return this sorry. So i can't return it . And on closer test is actually does taste like Styrofoam. Grrr
