Handbook for Rebels & Outlaws: Resisting Tyrants, Hangmen & Priests

An entertaining reference book on rebellion
There are plenty of myths about rebellion and outlaws, this provides some factse.g. it is usually the Middle Class who drive a successful protest, the working class are more often have mundane concerns.e.g. revolution can lead to worse, a tyranny. This is a nice reference, but just one of many books, there is far more powerful stuff out there, much of it free or out of copyright e.g, see where Edward Bernays got his ideas, his own work, and other who developed these ideas. You also need to be aware of the Perfectabilists (aka the Bavarian Illuminarti), what these deranged or deceived rebels got up to, and where, and that they are still a hazard to both rebels and conformists! We need rebels to break complacency, but not deranged rebels who lead the world to tyranny.

a catalogue of crimes and general sin
Whilst unlikely to turn a vicar into an outlaw, or have any profound effect on the reader this book is atleast worth reading. If bought as a entertaining reference book it will satisfy the target audience. Many of the facts are so gruesome or "off the wall" that it will as promised on the cover occupy a unique place on any bookshelf. Well written from an unusual perspective it serves as something to dip into rather than read cover to cover.

More like a dictionary...
More like a dictionary where the author puts in his own definitions of the words he's selected.More miss than hit, the title builds it up to be far greater than the sum of its parts. This isn't a handbook for anyone other than someone who doesn't have internet access and isn't aware of the urban dictionary website. Rebels and outlaws will only find it useful as expensive kindling. Perhaps they could use it to prop up that shaky table leg on your bomb-making table? On the upside it does have a few funny anecdotes but I've heard better in cheap comedy clubs for less than half the price of this pulp - one star at best.

Magic, once more!
Mirabello has done it again!All-encompassing, bold, demented, informative and astounding...this handbook, for those daring enough to turn the pages, will keep the reader enthralled! Set up in an encyclopedic style, this handbook provides easily read entries with a vast amount of knowledge base.I own other works by this author and this (by far) is the meatiest of the meat! So, kick back, dim the lights and enjoy.Inevitably, Mirabello never disappoints! ;)
