Very easy installation and fixes a cold shower.

Didn’t work
Couldn’t use it. The stem had a smaller OD and it leaked out the front. Ended-up robbing the washer and rebuilding the old stem. Stem went straight to the scrap bin.

Have not installed this yet. Purchased this because it came with all the parts needed to rebuild the inside of the valve even though I don't think I'll need all the parts.

wrong tools with right valve
Valve was ok but tools including the package is a wrong sizeI had to buy another tool set to finish job

Threads not good took a lot of rework just to put it in and then like others have said no hot water no matter how i ajusted it.

No hot water
I installed this today it was easy to install. I have installed these before. It solved the leak I had but I am not getting good hot water. My hot water was fine before I installed this. I adjusted the limit screw and it helped some but it still didn't give good hot water. The rest of the house is fine. Plenty of hot water. I am thinking I got a bad flow control spindle. I can't recommend this product.
