They are not hard, dry, and unbreakable like some tenders. We break part of one into small pieces as a treat and he loves them. We avoid made in China treats which can contain mystery meat or worse.

One of my dogs has severe allergies to almost all types of food and treats. I have to be very careful about what he gets or he breaks out in scaly, itching and scratching all over. I didn’t realize when I bought these that the ingredients included poultry to which my dog is allergic. They should make that very clear on the front of the package. I expected them to be beef only.

I have a very picky senior dog that will turn up her nose to treats which I think smell great. These are now the only treat I buy for her. She loves the beef jerky and the chicken.
