I have bad knees and a bad hip. I have tried many supplements. This is the most amazing one I have tried. It looks like they threw in every good ingredient that you would want. This is far and away the BEST supplement I have tried.

Gave it a 3 star since I have only used it for 15 days, so far no difference in pain. I will use for another 15 days and see if that does anything.

I just threw away 30 something dollars I took only one of these pills just to see how they affected me into my surprise within 30 minutes. I was feeling weird and real shaky hard to explain, but I’d be cautious in buying this with all the stuff mixed in one pill I should’ve listened to my instincts, and I can’t get a refund on it because it won’t allow it to understand it’s medicine but still I wouldn’t buy it if I were you it’s got too many things listed as in it I thought it was cool because you’ll only have to take one pill but there’s no way I’m gonna take anymore. Just lost that money. I’m learning.
