People were trashing this book a bit because some reviews said this was a Chinese reprint with black and white photos. While it does have black and white photos I found the contents of the writing very instructional and to the point. This is a well written book from teardown inspection to rebuild of the BBC engine

This is exactly what I need. A seasoned gear head but new to big blocks. Useful insights on my new project.
