Best Naturals Pomegranate Extract 250 mg 250 Capsules (250 Count (Pack of 1))

So I have been reading up on polyphenols, free-radicals and their benefits for maintaining good health- gotta keep the healthy life up to snuff, so I tried Pom juice and have been concerned about the extra juice-sugar calories. Then I saw that there was an option to just use capsules instead and decided it was a great way to cut the juice-sugar intake and lower our expenses too. I have been using the capsules for the past month. Seems to be working well as a replacement for the juice and is less hassle taking 2 capsules a day.

These capsules contain extracts from the nutritious peel. I particularly like this brand in particular because these capsules are gluten, lactose, dairy, yeast and generally rubbish-free. I suffer from osteoarthritis, IBS & have a number of eye problems, so the antioxidant benefits of pomegranate extract plus other health supplements have helped my eyes to stabilise & avoid a dreadful eye repair operation.Since I suffer from very painful arthritis I look out for anti-inflammatory products & am delighted with the results of taking six of these capsules daily : two with each meal. My pain has not been eliminated but is not as severe during the day which has enabled me to reduce the amount of anti-inflammatory meds I have been taking for many years.So far I am happy with this product & can therefore recommend it to anyone suffering from similar symptoms to mine. My energy levels have also improved & I am grateful for that too. All in all, A GREAT PRODUCT ☺UPDATE - My friend is 77 y ears young & suffers regularly with urinary tract infections as well as chest infections. I gave her some of these and within 3 days her urinary infection cleared up WITHOUT the usual antibiotics. Naturally she has asked me to get her some & she is treating me to a bottle of them as well! 😁

They are a good non harmful health additive
