A 3V, these were plenty bright. They have a nice mostly yellow/lime color. Would be a good Halloween ghostly mood color! The filaments are NOT flexible, don't be tempted to bend them. I hooked one up at the bench and here are my voltage/amperage numbers. Not perfectly calibrated but close as numbers go: 2.3V: min turn on. Very faint. <10mA. 2.46V: dim but viewable, 10mA. 2.64V: good brightness, 20mA. 2.70V: Strong brightness, 40mA. 3.00V(rated): Light casting, don't stare at it. 160mA. Overall these are great filaments and I plan to use them in an art project. With a series resistor at 10mA, you could run these directly on an Arduino. Great price value versus other more complicated procurement methods.

These filaments are far more fragile than they appear. Two were broken clean through and the other 8 had one or more breaks beneath the silicone. I am returning the first package for replacement, but I suspect the replacements will have the same problem. These items need better shipping protection. The star rating is for the condition; none worked so I can't rate them for any other conditions.

These lights are very nice, I love the color they produce. The power draw under 3v is very reasonable, at 2.51v I see 2ma power draw. At 3.00v power draw is around 200ma and there’s an audible whine, which is also somewhat noticeable at lower power levels, but within reason. After 3.00v it did get brighter, and eventually started smoking, but did not burn out! Great deal for a very good LED

Three came broken. Very upset! Also If you want to burn them out, just connect one to the recommended 12 volts and watch your money burn up in milliseconds

Only received 9. 1 broken in half and 3 did not light up with proper voltage applied. Package looks like it roamed the streets with crack addicts.

Half the elements arrived in pieces while the few remaining elements do not fully illuminate.
