Leak
Can’t use them as they leak out of the top. Defeats the purpose of precision anything.

Works great for my sewing machine oil.
I use this to oil my vintage sewing machines. Works great.

Good for using on drill press.
Wanted for application when drilling with my drill press. Great for minimal spatter when drilling items. No more wasting oil and helps for wearing on drill bits.

Good value but also potential leaky
The bottles meet well my expectations on quality at the price point, and came with black PVC caps. The needle top cover is called a 18G scabbard cover/seal, and made of some semi-flexible material of either neoprene or Sanoprene. It is designed to make an airtight seal around the blunt type needle. As stated by others, the cap or luer lock (needle part) does not use or rely on any gasket seals whatever so. (which I think is common for applicator bottles.)A simple water test with some normal squeezing pressure, showed potential leakage around the caps and LDPE bottles. An extra tight twisting force to the cap is needed here to prevent this. The sealing around the Luer lock hub were good, although the Luer lock barely needs no force at all to unscrew, and the seal can be broken. Now for some laymen tips and not necessary manufacture recommendations:Some plumbers telfon (PTFE) Tape can be applied, anti-clockwise on the threads of the LDPE bottle, to help leak proof this area, should a bottle not perform as expected. This could also potential help ease the mechanical stress at the cap and could avoid cracked caps, that I’ve seen elsewhere happening, with these type of bottles. The needle hub could be glued into place, should a more permanent fixture be preferred.A lower viscosity acrylate adhesive, would be an ideal choice, if a needle separates from the hub, and you decide to fix it. Professionals typically uses medical grade UV curing acrylates to maximize the strength and fast cure time, but it is really not wide available to normal people.Needle tips are though also meant to be more disposal, and your are better economically to get replacements. Why the manufacture yet seem to me not offers needle replacements, at time of writing, is a little bit of a bummer.Long contact with aggressive chemicals such as acetones, fuel additives and so called halogenated solvents, are usually NOT smooth sailing with these type of bottles, as they will degrade the plastics or glue joints. They are actually that not really meant to stand a long lifespan, so expect to need new replacements, soon or later.Lastly, go get some water resistant labels. Don’t rely on guessing the content every time, and never skip this step when storing liquids, that could pose any type of hazard.

don't lead and very precise application
Durability TBD. That's up to you really as the tips are long and fragile. I lost the little red cap on the cutting oil bottle and needed something that would not leak if it got knocked on its side in the tool box. So far, so good.

Great for Squeezing Liquid Into Small Holes
I use these to hold Orange Oil and squeeze it into small spaces, to discourage bugs such as termites

They work GREAT!
I use a lot of these types of bottles in my gun maintenance and machine shop. Before I found this brand, I purchased some similar bottles from eBay. Problem was, although the needles were bent, there was NO way to secure them to the bottle top. They kept pulling out. No super glue I tried to keep them secured worked. These bottles have a needle 'lock' (just like Vet hypos") so that can't happen. I bought a bunch of these so I can throw the eBay bottles in the trash.ron

lDon't bother!
Used to oil tight spots on bicycles, i.e. brake levers, derailleurs , etc...Update: The needles don't lock in the plastic caps, they're so loose. Used a UV glue to hold the needles on the caps. Also after a couple of times removing the needle cap, the needle now pulls out of the Luer Lock cap. These have become useless for my use. Save your money & find something else!
