The holder is well made, with the stitched edges considerably thicker than the rest of the holder, which would help with the durability. And I like the rear pocket that holds the trauma sheers! Unfortunately, it is too small for the Gen 7 tourniquets, which is what I have. So I'll have to return it. But would definitely recommend for the smaller, older tourniquets. Worth the money.
