My toddler hates it, I LOVE it!
This is hands down one of the best safety investments I’ve made for my household. My toddler was crawling behind the tv and catching cords. It made me so nervous, I was hesitant to buy this, but he leaves it alone. The size is perfect for what I needed! It looks perfectly with all the cables hidden, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do! For reference I have about 6 cords in this box. I purchased a small flat power bar to put inside so everything is nice and tidy.

Baby proofing
This is perfect for my toddlers room! He is unable to open it and generally doesn’t bother with it at all!

Doesn't lock very well
As long as you toddler isn't left alone for long this will be fine. Mine however can get it open in under 5 minutes ever if it's still locked. I'm thinking about drilling holes in the sides and using zip ties to make it harder to get into.

Keeps Power Strip out of Toddlers Reach
The box covers loose cords and power strip to keep them locked out of the reach of small children. I still need to purchase an outlet cover to complete the security; however, I am really happy with the ease of locking and unlocking (for an adult) and the number of cords it can handle. The color is neutral to blend into any room easily. Will be purchasing another soon.

Best Cable Box
I’ve had problems with keeping the lid on cable boxes. Buy this one even if you don’t have kids. The box stays closed and it’s a simple turn to unlock it.

Safety first
I bought these to keep a 2yr old from playing with the cords. They work great! He still plays with the box, but can't hurt himself.

Easy to use cable management box
We have a few different surge protector covers in our house now, because our toddler is getting very curious about all the plugs and cords. This KinderSense box has a simple locking mechanism that is toddler proof and relatively easy for adults to work. The knob on the front will release the lid when turned to zero and lock the lid when turned to any other position. The markings on the knob are pretty difficult to see in low light though, so if you tuck this under a couch or a TV console, you might have trouble accessing it easily. The are two slits on either end for cables to feed in and out. Just inside each slit is a bend, which helps hold everything in place, but the bend is pretty narrow, so power strips with thicker cords might have difficulty fitting in here. The price is on the higher end for one of these boxes. You can definitely find very similar options for a few bucks cheaper. I'm knocking 1 star off for the price and the narrow bend that prevents thicker cords from fitting.
