Quality strings
For the price i was really surprised with the quality and how it made my epiphone ej-200 sound, even when the rest of the strings were older, the new G really brought out a nice tone to the guitar. I'll definitely buy these again, I often tune my guitar in and out of standard and the G takes the most punishment regarding retuning, so a pack of quality but cheap G strings were essential and I'm glad I found these. Cheers man!

Dud out of the packet but......
Always breaking G strings, expensive when they're Elixers, Wanted cheap replacements for a couple of gigs. These strings are as dead as a doornail when you put them on, they buzz as well. Give them a quick rub over with Fastfret or equivalent and they improve greatly. Slightly tinny but great as spares. I will buy more. Clean them before using is my advice.

You get what you pay for
It's not easy to find multi packs of a single string (I only ever break Gs!) so I thought I'd give these cheap ones a go to see if they would surprise me. The long and short is, they don't. They each come in a sealed bag, which is good. Mine are exactly 0.024" according to my calipers. But even when brand new, these are a little dull and twangy compared to the D'Addarios I usually use on my main guitar. If you want to record or to play live in a setting where the ring of the notes really counts, these are a long way off the mark. Even with ordinary usage, the bronze winding begins to wear away over the frets within a week, and they break very easily. You could only really use these as a cheap emergency backup or if you don't really care about the tone. There's little sense in grumbling about cheap guitar strings sounding cheap, but I won't be buying them again.

Nice tone
Bought these to replace a broken string, put one on, tuned it up to G, and it sounds very nice. Seems to be holding pitch very well. I like it.

The best G string out there, bar none.

They're not exactly what I needed, but it was my mistake. These look like they're high quality

Great idea, cause I am always breaking the G, but these strings are poor quality, at least for the way I strum. Gotta find another option.
