Great Pens
These always deliver! They give a nice bold black and are great for drawing or archival usage. I use them to make tangles and drawings and the multipack is great to accomodate a lot of different patterns from super fine and detailed to bold outlines. Generally I find the best price on Amazon for these so if they are on sale, stock up!

The Finest Writing Implement I have ever used.
I like to write. I have ADHD. I have dyslexia and dyscaculia. Writing clearly and legibly is not easy for me. I need all the help I can get. Having the right paper and the right notebook is very important. But having the correct writing implement is the key. I have tried every pen and pencil on the market that is under $10. I have tried many very expensive pens. The more money you spend, usually does make a big difference. Not this time. I had a good idea what I wanted when I started looking on Amazon. These seemed to be what I was looking for, but they seemed to cheap to be what they advertised. I am pleasantly surprised. These are exactly what I have been looking for. These are not pens. These are fine, precision writing instruments. They look and feel great. The ink comes out just like I want. They are hand crafted in Japan. They are water proof, fade proof archival ink. I got the all black all .05 tips. They look like they should cost at least $20 each. They are $1.60 each. I am going to try some of the other sizes too, but these feel right. I can't explain exactly why. If you like to write, you know what I mean. You will never spend a better $1.60 in your life.

My go-to pens for the last 30 years
I have been using these pens since I was doing cartooning in college. I've never needed anything else. The tips are exact and the ink is the highest quality. I do my sketching in pencil and use my Pigma Microns for my finishing lines. Erase away the pencil work and all that's left is the great pen lines. These are the best pens and they're affordable. Great product!

Odorless, Long-Lasting Pens that Don't Bleed
What I like about these size 05 Sakura pens:** The ink doesn't bleed onto the reverse side of regular 24# copy paper, so that both sides can be used (saving paper).* perfect fine tip size for journal writing* odorless* ink does not bleed on smooth thick paper (such as LABUK 4 Pack A5 Blank Notebook)* consistent ink flow and uniform coverage without transparency* long-lasting

Solid artist pens
I use these for writing because it makes studying more enjoyable, but I'm also an artist and musician so I appreciate good tools. I had one micron pen that I bought a really long time ago (5-10 years) that still had ink inside, and still wrote, but wanted some new ones since the nib was bent. This pen and the Pilot G2 are my favorite for writing - G2 is more "silky," if you will, but it smears easily. I think the .05 Micron has been great for writing, but you may prefer a smaller tip if you have extremely tiny handwriting or if you need it for detail work (artwork, drafting, etc.). Keep in mind that a chunkier nib is less likely to bend, and you'll need to be gentle with the more delicate nibs. I bought a set of .05, but if you are unsure, consider the mixed sizes pack that are also sold in this listing. Thank you, Micron.I also use my microns for making handwritten graphics in musical scores. When the score is photo-copied, people (professors and other grad students) think I did the graphics with a printer, and want to know the details. Expect a very clear, dark line with Micron pens. I don't work for them - I just hate bad tools, and I love ones that work well and let me focus on my projects.

give it time to dry
Signing a cedit card still requires patience. The ink dries after a few minutes but it still needs blotting. It's better than other pens but not magic. Good writing implement.

Great pens, great price
These have long been my favorite pen for sketching, and my girlfriend has started used them as well for her art. They have a good feel on the paper, and produce a line of even width that won’t bleed when painted over with watercolors. In 3 or 6 packs the price is very competitive with other pens.
